Rachel Frishman has been a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist since 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science in Hearing and Speech Sciences from The University of Maryland in 2008 and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from C.W. Post- Long Island University in 2010. Over the past 7 years, she has worked with children from 18 months- 16 years of age presenting with a variety of communicative disorders.
Speech-Language Pathology Experience Rachel’s early professional experience with children includes providing speech-language services to adolescents in the New York City public schools and through home based therapy. Since relocating to California, Rachel has provided speech-language services to children ranging from 18 months to 5 years in age with a range of emerging expressive, receptive and pragmatic language needs. Additionally she has worked as a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist for Hein Speech-Language Pathology, Inc. where she provides home-based and in office speech therapy services to children and adults.
Additional Professional Experience Rachel maintains membership in the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She regularly attends continuing education courses.
